Big Island Hawaii IV was started with the idea that access to health services should be fast and convenient to diverse populations. In the case of non emergencies, let Big Island Hawaii IV come to you in the comfort of your own home, office, hotel room, or even poolside if you’d like! 

One of our goal’s at Big Island Hawaii IV is to make health services accessible to our local community of the Big Island and to our friendly tourists when they need a little extra care. It is important to us to give back to the community when we can so be sure to ask about our Kamaʻāina rates or our programs which donate 100% of services, also known as our Makana program.
